Crystal is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of leadership experience specializing in insurance agency financial operations, business management, and education. She is recognized for her expertise in insurance bookkeeping, operational strategy, and developing scalable financial systems that drive agency growth.

As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Pemberley Group, Crystal leads a firm dedicated to helping independent insurance agencies achieve financial clarity and operational excellence. She is deeply committed to educating agency owners and their teams, delivering practical instruction on financial management, technology integration, and process optimization to support sustainable growth.

Earlier in her career, Crystal founded and successfully sold her first bookkeeping firm to a leading Agency Management System provider in 2018. She later served as Vice President and Controller at NavSav, an agency recognized for its aggressive expansion through mergers and acquisitions. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in 53 acquisitions, built out the internal accounting department, and streamlined collaboration between in-house and outsourced financial teams.
