Crystal M. Temple-Frawley
Owner & CEO
Crystal has spent more than twenty years in insurance agency financial operations. She founded her first bookkeeping firm and sold it to an agency management system provider in 2018, then served as Vice President and Controller for a fast-growing insurance agency through 53 acquisitions, building the accounting department along the way.
She started The Pemberley Group to give independent agencies the kind of financial clarity she spent a career building inside larger ones, and she still teaches agency owners how their money actually moves.
She has seen your chart of accounts before. Probably worse.
About the name
Yes, it’s a Pride and Prejudice reference. Pemberley was the best-kept estate in all of Derbyshire. We hold your books to the same standard.
